Executive Director
Hayley has been the Executive Director since August 2015. Originally from Ontario, Hayley has had the opportunity to work with individuals and families in communities across Canada. Hayley has a Master of Arts in Community Development and believes that communities are only as healthy as their most vulnerable citizens. She applies a trauma informed lens to the work of PARTNERS Family Services Inc, and is passionate about ensuring equitable and equal access to services for anyone who needs support to realize their full potential.

Trina has been with PARTNERS Family Services since August 2014. Started her career at PARTNERS as the Office Coordinator and then in the spring of 2019, moved to the Administrative Coordinator position, where she oversees the administrative functions in the office as well as works very closely with the counsellors, support programs staff and the community. The diversity in the work that she does, ensures that no day is like any other. Trina is currently taking online classes through Sask Polytech to work towards her Business Diploma. When not at work, you will find her with her 3 children, spending time outdoors, camping, walking and reading

Melissa was born in Humboldt, grew up in the area, and enjoys calling it home. She started working at Partners Family Services in the spring of 2019 and has over 20 years of frontline experience. She earned a four-year Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the U of S. Melissa aims to provide a friendly and professional environment to everyone who comes through our door. She enjoys walking, reading, camping, curling, watching movies and TV, as well as quality time spent with family. Melissa has been married for over twenty years and is a mother to two active girls.

Maureen has been the bookkeeper for PARTNERS Family Services since 2013. Her primary responsibilities are bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting and working closely with Hayley behind the scenes. Maureen is happy is to see how much PARTNERS has grown and proud to be a part of something that helps so many. When not working, you will find Maureen spending time with her family, friends and dog, while also enjoying gardening, crafts, sewing, sports and baking.

Social Worker
Emily has been with PFS since May of 2016 and is a registered social worker. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree through the University of Regina in 2014. Her career so far has been focused on child welfare and crisis work with previous positions in child protection and at mobile crisis. Her role at PFS since 2016 has been crisis work and crisis/brief counselling– leading her to spend most of her time in areas of domestic violence/family discord, mental health crisis, homelessness, resource connection, etc. This year she has been exploring a new avenue of interest with beginning to focus her work more specifically on children and youth. She is working partially in a school counsellor role fall of 2021 and looking forward to the new experience and challenges. In her down time, she enjoys spending time at her family cabin or farm.

Jackie is a Registered Social Worker, and has a Bachelor of Social Work Degree. In addition, she has a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Jackie has been working at PARTNERS Family Services since 2016. She has experience working with children, youth and adults. Her areas of expertise include working with those that are experiencing or have experienced sexual assault, trauma, depression, anxiety, and many more. When I am not at work, you will find me enjoying quality time with my family.

Clinical Counsellor
Crystal has worked for PARTNERS Family Services since 2010. She is a registered Advanced Counselling Practitioner with an Addiction’s Counselling background. Crystal primarily works with families as she had experience working closely with Child Protective Services and is trained as a Triple P facilitator. She enjoys working with people in all capacities, from the very young to the elderly. Crystal is relatable and is able to adapt to her client’s needs. Her hobbies include being with family & friends, fitness and creating – gardening, decorating and crafting.

Clinical Counsellor
Dylan has been employed with PARTNERS since April of 2019. He has obtained his Masters of Education in School and Counselling Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan with the goal of completing the registration process with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists. Dylan's area of expertise include, One-on-one counselling with youth and adults for personal growth, mental health, crisis navigation and trauma recovery. When Dylan is not working you will find him playing music and video games, spending time with family and friends, camping, hiking and fishing.

Alina (She/Her) has been with PARTNERS Family Services since September 2020. She completed her Bachelor of Social Work in 2014 at the University of Regina. She has extensive experience working with children, youth and families, and continues to expand her knowledge in other counselling areas through both formal trainings and self-directed learning. Alina is committed to life-long growth and will continue learning, personally and professionally, by pushing herself out of her comfort zone and taking on new challenges and experiences.
Alina enjoys exploring small towns in Saskatchewan, travelling, spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the cabin, working on the family farm, good books and podcasts, walks, and weightlifting.

Heather (She/Her) has been with PARTNERS Family Services since January 2021. She completed her Bachelor of Social Work in 2003 through the University of Regina, and worked primarily for the Government of Saskatchewan in various roles for approximately 18 years. Throughout Heather’s professional career, she has had extensive work experience working with children, youth, adults, and families. She continues to expand her knowledge through formal and self-directed learning to better help the clients whom she works with.
Heather enjoys living at the lake with her family, loves to spend time with family and friends, enjoys going camping to different places throughout the prairie provinces, and loves to golf whenever she can.

Jessica started with PARTNERS in May of 2021. Her education includes a Bachelor of Social Work, as well as a Bachelor Arts in Sociology with a minor in Psychology and a focus on crime and law. Jessica's professional goal is to expand her knowledge and gain more skills in the area of counselling so she can provide better support for the community and surrounding area. Jessica's personal goals are to travel more (she is determined to make it Ireland!) as well as to continue building a successful life with her fiancé and son. When Jessica is not working you can find her visiting with her family while swimming laps, playing ball, snowboarding, or drinking coffee!

Cailyn (She/Her) has been with PARTNERS Family Services since September 2021; she has taken over the Family Support and Triple P Parenting Coordinator position. Cailyn received her Youth Care Worker Certificate in May 2019, and graduated at the top of her class. She has experience working with youth and families as she did her practicums at Valley Hill Youth Treatment Centre and Kilburn Hall Youth Detention Centre. Cailyn’s hobbies include, but aren’t limited to- Hockey (both watching and playing), being with friends & family, and quoting movies and song lyrics.

Triple P Parenting Facilitator
Kathy has been with Partners for over 8 years, starting as a Family Support worker in 2013. Since then she has been accredited as a Triple P facilitator and practitioner, most recently adding Teen Primary Care. Kathy has had the privilege of working in many of the surrounding communities as organizations and families looking for parenting programs.
Away from work, Kathy and her husband enjoy spending time with family, (especially grandchildren) camping, biking, and traveling.

Shania started with PARTNERS in November of 2020. She went to the University of Saskatchewan for Criminology and Addictions. Shania's main career focus has been Domestic Violence. A goal of hers is to continue to broaden her education and training to learn more ways to assist those in need. During Shania's free time you can find her listening to a true crime podcast, reading or travelling.

Emma has been with Partners since June of 2021. She graduated April 2021 from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Arts Psychology Honors (High Honors) and she hopes to complete a Masters degree in Psychology in the future. Emma's Honors Thesis was presented at the Canadian Psychological Associations' Conference in June 2021. Emma is knowledgeable in areas of child development, mental health, emergency/crisis response, and problem solving. In her free time you'll find her walking her dog or cooking!

Catrina started with Partners Family Services in January 2022. She also works within the Saskatchewan Health Authority since 2008. Catrina is very proud and excited to be apart of a company that assists so many people in a time of need. Catrina's goal is to further my education and training in order to assist people in need. She is mother of 4 and enjoys snowmobiling, camping and golfing with family and friends.

Humboldt Family Resource Centre Coordinator
Emily is a recent addition to the organization as the coordinator of the Early Years Family Resource Centre. She is very excited to take on this beneficial project for the city of Humboldt and surrounding communities. Emily has a background in Early Childhood Education and has had experience in many different child development settings. She is passionate about providing children and families the tools and support to excel through the early years of development. She has firsthand experience with children who have diverse needs and is driven to create a space where everyone is welcomed and comfortable regardless of their abilities. Emily is a mom of two young girls and when she is not chasing after them, she enjoys baking, cooking, and being outdoors with her family.
